Delivery Methods
When a domain is purchased from Green Earth Domains / Eco Identities LLC, delivery is electronic and will usually happen within 2 business days. Transferring domain ownership is easy and quick if you have a GoDaddy.com account.
TRANSFERRING YOUR DOMAIN TO YOU
If you DO have a GoDaddy.com account...
Through GoDaddy.com, your domain can be transferred to you within 2 business days. During Check Out you will be asked to provide your GoDaddy Customer # or Login Name and the Email Address associated with this account (we will never ask for your password). If you do not provide these details please send them to the email on our Contact Us page as soon as possible.
If you DON'T have a GoDaddy.com account...
If you do not have an account with GoDaddy, we recommend setting one up for free at www.godaddy.com, then emailing us your GoDaddy Customer # or Login Name and the Email Address associated with this account. Alternatively, if you do not provide a GoDaddy account we will create one, transfer the domain to that account and then email you the account details (which can be changed once you log in).
If you wish to use another Registrar...
We currently do not provide domain transfer to other registrars. If you wish to use another registrar to manage your domain, you can use your GoDaddy account to transfer your domain to the registrar of your choice, once we've transferred your domain name to GoDaddy.
When we've received these GoDaddy details from you, we will transfer the domain to your GoDaddy account and you will be notified by email when transfer is successful.
Returns Policy
You may redelegate domain ownership back to Green Earth Domains / Eco Identities LLC up to five days (120 hours) after the domain has been successfully transferred to a GoDaddy account on your behalf. Domains can only be redelegated back to Green Earth Domains / Eco Identities LLC if they've remained in a GoDaddy account during this five day period, and not transferred to another registrar.
